ABDULKAREEM AZEEZ

Azeez Abdulkareem is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with more 18 years post call; a holder of a Bachelor of Laws from Ahmadu Bellow University, a Master of Laws from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, Founder and Managing Partner at Firdaous Chamber, he is a fellow at the African Institute for Leadership & Good Governance; the Chairman, Nigerian Bar Association, Ikirun Branch; member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, (The Hague Netherlands); A member of International Law & Technology Interoperability Association (Geneva, Switzerland); the author of “Transparency & Good Governance in the Oil Sector: The Nigeria Perspective” published in 2015; “Understanding Petroleum Law in Uganda” 1st and 2nd edition published in 2016 & 2018; “Principles of Hire Purchase Law in Uganda” published in 2017. He is the former Head of the Department of Public & Comparative Law at the School of Law, Kampala International University, and a former Senior Lecturer at the Commercial Law Department, Modern College of Business & Science, Muscat, Oman. He is a Business Management and Petroleum Law consultant having successfully completed his training at Business Management Consulting Training from Blackford Centre for Management Consulting, United Kingdom, he is an adjunct lecturer at Miva Open University, Abuja and currently serves as the President and Director of Studies at Firdaous Integrated Services Limited/Firdaous Initiative for Academic Excellence.
